Jim provides his own crew of talented employees who execute the framing, cabinet installation, and millwork on each build. A team of high quality subcontractors handle all other aspects of the building process.

Jim's wife Nancy manages administrative responsibilities for the business.

The secret to building a great home? Simple. Hire extraordinary people.

Jim and Nancy Thelen are two such people. They pay attention to the little details that make a house a home, such as suggesting materials for countertops to match the floors, and suggestions for a fabulous deck in this era of soaring wood prices. Their keen eye during the entire construction process made this the perfect home.
